Assistant Manager - Payroll.
Responsibilities
Comprehensive oversight of the processing of monthly salaries and ensuring they are paid accurately and on time.
Ensuring full compliance with Kuwaiti labor law in calculating leave, overtime, and end-of-service benefits.
Managing payroll data with complete confidentiality, verifying attendance records, and supporting financial audit processes.
Preparing payroll reports and financial analyses using advanced Excel skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5 to 10 years of experience in payroll with previous supervisory experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and complex equations).
Full knowledge of labor laws in the State of Kuwait.

المسؤوليات
الإشراف الشامل على معالجة الرواتب الشهرية وضمان دفعها بدقة وفي المواعيد المحددة.
ضمان الامتثال التام لقانون العمل الكويتي في احتساب الإجازات، العمل الإضافي، ومستحقات نهاية الخدمة.
إدارة بيانات الرواتب بسرية تامة والتحقق من سجلات الحضور ودعم عمليات التدقيق المالي.
إعداد تقارير الرواتب والتحليلات المالية باستخدام مهارات متقدمة في برنامج Excel.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة.
خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال الرواتب مع خبرة إشرافية سابقة.
إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Microsoft Excel (الجداول المحورية والمعادلات المعقدة).
الإلمام التام بتشريعات العمل في دولة الكويت.
