Full oversight of e-commerce operations from start to finish.
Managing customer orders and coordinating with suppliers to ensure product availability.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and improving operational workflow.
Solve operational problems effectively and ensure speed of implementation.
Requirements
Proven practical experience in managing e-commerce operations.
A strong understanding of managing online platforms and coordinating between different departments.
The ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict schedules.
Immediate commencement and possession of a transferable residence permit are required (Article 18).

المسؤوليات
الإشراف الكامل على عمليات التجارة الإلكترونية من البداية وحتى النهاية.
إدارة طلبات العملاء، والتنسيق مع الموردين لضمان توفر المنتجات.
مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وتحسين سير العمل التشغيلي.
حل المشكلات التشغيلية بفعالية وضمان سرعة التنفيذ.
المتطلبات
خبرة عملية مثبتة في إدارة عمليات التجارة الإلكترونية.
فهم قوي لإدارة المنصات الإلكترونية والتنسيق بين الأقسام المختلفة.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية الصارمة.
يشترط المباشرة الفورية وامتلاك إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).
