Requirements
At least two years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the manufacturing or refrigeration sector).
Diploma or certificate (ITI) in the field of mechanics, electricity, or refrigeration.
High proficiency in reading technical plans and engineering drawings.
Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and the seven QC tools.
Article 18 residence permit is transferable (with preference given to those currently residing in Kuwait).
Mastering the use of Microsoft Office programs.
Responsibilities
Conducting inspections and audits to ensure that products conform to specified standards.
Use quality control tools to diagnose any deviations in the production lines.
Preparing periodic quality reports and coordinating with the production team to improve performance.
Ensuring full compliance with the factory's technical policies and procedures.

معرفة تامة بمعايير مراقبة الجودة وأدوات الجودة السبع (7 QC Tools).
إقامة مادة 18 قابلة للتحويل (مع تفضيل المتواجدين حالياً داخل الكويت).
إتقان استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.
المسؤوليات
إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق لضمان مطابقة المنتجات للمعايير المحددة.
استخدام أدوات مراقبة الجودة لتشخيص أي انحرافات في خطوط الإنتاج.
إعداد تقارير الجودة الدورية والتنسيق مع فريق الإنتاج لتحسين الأداء.
التأكد من الالتزام الكامل بالسياسات والإجراءات الفنية للمصنع.
