Job Responsibilities & Technical Skills:

• Electrical Systems Maintenance: Performing routine checks, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical circuits, lighting systems, and power distribution units to ensure operational efficiency and workplace safety.
• Plumbing & Infrastructure: Managing plumbing repairs, pipe installations, and water system maintenance. Ensuring all facility fixtures meet quality assurance and sanitary standards.
• Preventive Maintenance: Executing daily preventive maintenance protocols to minimize downtime and enhance the longevity of the building's infrastructure assets.
• General Facility Tasks: Responding to emergency repair requests and ensuring all technical operations align with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations in Kuwait.

Requirements:

• Must hold a Transferable Visa in Kuwait (Article 18).
• Proven experience in both Electrical and Plumbing technical work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a solution-oriented approach.
