- Responsible for acting as liaison between AAW and its current and potential customers by effectively solving customers’ issues, complaints and inquiries while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction is achieved at the core of every decision and behaviour.

Develop and ensure implementation of the marketing Function’s policies & procedures and follow up their implementation in order to achieve the division objectives.
