Responsibilities
Plan and achieve monthly sales targetsConvert inbound leads into sales and proactively generate new leads
Demonstrate and explain company solutions to clients
Maintain organized sales pipeline using CRM tools
Conduct virtual or in-person product demos
Build and nurture client relationships
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams
Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve products
Generate sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
3+ years of sales experience (B2B/B2C preferred)Understanding of customer needs and property management software a plus
Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills in English and Arabic
Self-disciplined and target-oriented

التخطيط لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية،وتحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى مبيعات فعلية، واستقطاب عملاء جدد بشكل استباقي.
شرح حلول الشركة للعملاء،
والحفاظ على مسار مبيعات منظم باستخدام أدوات
إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM). تقديم عروض توضيحية للمنتجات، سواءً افتراضية أو حضورية.
بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وتنميتها.
التعاون مع فرق التسويق والمنتجات والدعم.
جمع ملاحظات العملاء وتقديم رؤى لتحسين المنتجات.
إعداد تقارير وتوقعات المبيعات.
متطلبات
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المبيعات (يفضل مبيعات الشركات أو مبيعات الأفراد).فهم احتياجات العملاء وبرامج إدارة العقارات ميزة إضافية.
إجادة استخدام أدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء (يفضل HubSpot).
مهارات تفاوض وإتمام صفقات وتواصل ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
انضباط ذاتي وتركيز على تحقيق الأهداف.
