Responsibilities

• Field Inspection: Conducting rigorous testing and inspection of painting, coating, welding, and mechanical works.

• Technical Compliance: Ensuring all applications meet contract-specific coating standards such as FBE, 3LPE, HBC, and HBP.

• Documentation & Control: Managing QA/QC logs, raising Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and issuing comprehensive inspection reports.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the technical liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party inspection labs.

Requirements

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Engineering.

• Mandatory Certification: NACE or BGAS Coating Inspector Certification.

• Preferred Certification: CSWIP or AWS Welding Inspection Certification is a significant advantage.

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in the field, with at least 3 years in a similar QC Inspector role.

• Location: Candidates must currently be Inside Kuwait.

• Approvals: Previous KOC/Client approvals are highly preferred.

المسؤوليات

• التفتيش الميداني: إجراء الفحوصات والاختبارات الدقيقة لأعمال الطلاء، اللحام، والأعمال الميكانيكية.

• الامتثال الفني: ضمان مطابقة كافة التطبيقات لمعايير الطلاء المطلوبة في العقود مثل FBE, 3LPE, HBC, HBP.

• التوثيق والرقابة: إدارة سجلات الجودة، وإصدار تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs)، وتقديم تقارير التفتيش النهائية.

• الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً داخل دولة الكويت.

• الاعتمادات: تعطى الأفضلية لمن لديهم اعتمادات سابقة من شركة نفط الكويت (KOC) أو جهات حكومية.
