- يتضمن هذا الدور التنسيق الوثيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والفرق الداخلية لدعم التخطيط الفعال للتكاليف والمشتريات والإدارة التجارية لمشاريع البنية التحتية أو المباني.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية: إعداد تقديرات التكاليف، وقوائم الكميات، ووثائق المناقصة.
