Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Managing and supervising complex engineering works for large-scale housing and building projects to ensure high-quality delivery.
Technical Compliance: Ensuring all site activities, materials, and installations comply with project specifications, KSE standards, and PAHW regulations.
Quality & Safety: Leading QA/QC and HSE initiatives to maintain a zero-incident environment and ensure the structural integrity of the project.
Coordination: Facilitating communication between design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and maintain the project timeline.
Requirements
Professional Membership: Valid KSE (Kuwait Society of Engineers) membership is mandatory for all engineering roles.
Experience: Minimum 12 years for Engineers and 10 years for Inspectors; prior experience in Housing and Building projects is highly preferred.
Approvals: Priority will be given to candidates with prior PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) approval.
Clearance: Candidates currently on a PAHW project must provide a clearance letter unless the project is finished.
Visa & Residency: Must be residing in Kuwait; preference for candidates not on a Government Project visa.

المسؤوليات
الإشراف على المشاريع: إدارة والإشراف على الأعمال الهندسية المعقدة لمشاريع الإسكان والبناء واسعة النطاق لضمان جودة التنفيذ.
الامتثال الفني: ضمان مطابقة جميع الأنشطة الميدانية والمواد والتركيبات لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير جمعية المهندسين الكويتية ولوائح المؤسسة العامة للرعاية السكنية (PAHW).
الجودة والسلامة: قيادة مبادرات ضبط الجودة والصحة والسلامة لضمان بيئة عمل خالية من الحوادث وسلامة الهياكل الإنشائية.
التنسيق: تسهيل التواصل بين فرق التصميم والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة لحل التحديات الفنية والالتزام بالجدول الزمني.
المتطلبات
العضوية المهنية: عضوية سارية في جمعية المهندسين الكويتية (KSE) (إلزامي لجميع الأدوار الهندسية).
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة للمهندسين و10 سنوات للمفتشين؛ مع تفضيل الخبرة السابقة في مشاريع الإسكان والمباني.
الاعتمادات: تعطى الأولوية للمرشحين الحاصلين على اعتماد مسبق من المؤسسة العامة للرعاية السكنية (PAHW).
براءة الذمة: يجب على المرشحين العاملين حالياً في مشاريع سكنية تقديم كتاب براءة ذمة ما لم يكن المشروع الحالي قد اكتمل.
الإقامة والتأشيرة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً في الكويت؛ مع تفضيل من لا يحملون إقامة على "مشاريع حكومية".
