Civil Engineer / Architect
Job description
- NBS General Contractor Company is seeking to hire an experienced Civil Engineer or Architect to join its team in Kuwait.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing high-end residential building projects, ensuring execution of structural works and finishing works in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 7–15 years of experience in contracting companies
- Strong experience in structural (concrete) works and finishing works
- Experience dealing with consultants and designers
- Arab nationality
- Currently residing in Kuwait
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license
- Transferable residency (Article 18)
Skills:
- Strong site management and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
- Good communication and reporting skills

مهندس مدني / مهندس معماري
المسمى الوظيفي
- تسعى شركة NBS للمقاولات العامة إلى توظيف مهندس مدني أو معماري ذي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقها في الكويت.
- سيكون المرشح المختار مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على مشاريع البناء السكنية الراقية وإدارتها، وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال الإنشائية وأعمال التشطيب بما يتوافق مع الرسومات والمواصفات ومعايير جودة المشروع المعتمدة.
متطلبات:
- • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية
- • خبرة من 7 إلى 15 سنة في شركات المقاولات
- • خبرة واسعة في أعمال الإنشاءات (الخرسانية) وأعمال التشطيبات
- • خبرة في التعامل مع الاستشاريين والمصممين
- الجنسية العربية
- • يقيم حاليًا في الكويت
- • رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول
- • الإقامة القابلة للتحويل (المادة 18)
مهارات:
- • مهارات قوية في إدارة وتنسيق المواقع
- • القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية للمشاريع
- • مهارات تواصل وكتابة تقارير جيدة
