Purchasing Officer (F&B) – Immediate Joining
Job Summary:
Handle buying of food, beverages, and related supplies
Deal confidently with suppliers to ensure quality products at best prices
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase food, beverages, and other required items on time
Deal directly with suppliers, negotiate prices and payment terms
Compare quotations to choose the best quality with competitive pricing
Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
Check all items meet quality and food safety standards
Coordinate with kitchen and store teams regarding stock levels
Keep proper records of purchases and invoices
Monitor market prices and identify new reliable suppliers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
2–3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in F&B
Good knowledge of food and beverage suppliers and pricing
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

المسؤوليات الأساسية:
شراء المواد الغذائية والمشروبات والمواد المطلوبة في الوقت المحدد
التعامل مباشرة مع الموردين والتفاوض على الأسعار وشروط الدفع
مقارنة عروض الأسعار واختيار أفضل جودة مع التسعير التنافسي
متابعة الطلبات لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد
التأكد من مطابقة جميع المنتجات لمعايير الجودة والسلامة الغذائية
التنسيق مع فرق المطبخ والمخازن بشأن مستويات المخزون
الاحتفاظ بسجلات المشتريات والفواتير
مراقبة أسعار السوق والبحث عن موردين موثوقين جدد
المتطلبات:
درجة البكالوريوس في التجارة
خبرة 2–3 سنوات في المشتريات، ويفضل في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات
معرفة جيدة بموردي الأغذية والمشروبات والأسعار
مهارات تفاوض وتواصل قوية
تنظيم ودقة والانضباط تحت الضغط
