General Conditions
Application must be (for Kuwaitis only).
The general grade in the university qualification is not less than good
Equivalency of academic certificates from the competent authorities
Passing the personal interview with a score of no less than 75%.
Prior to appointment, it is required to obtain the International Computer Driving License (ICDL), (CID-IT), or (IC3) or its equivalent. Those holding specialized engineering and supporting engineering qualifications, graduates of information systems and sciences/multimedia specializations, graduates of computer science specializations, and graduates of graphic design specializations are excluded. Or equivalent and graduates of women's university college and certificate graduates
High school or middle school
The candidate must meet the conditions and qualifications required to fill the position. It is necessary to provide a certificate of performance of active service, postponement, exception, or exemption from it to the addressees.
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. (20) of 2015 regarding National Military Service, it is required for appointment to administrative positions (transactions/specialized employment) that the applicant must not have previously worked for any governmental or private agency until the date of receiving the job if he is nominated.

الشروط العامة
أن يكون التقديم ( للكويتيين فقط).
التقدير العام في المؤهل الجامعي لا يقل عن جيد
معادلة الشهادات العلمية من الجهات المختصة
اجتياز المقابلة الشخصية بنسبة لا تقل عن 75%.
يشترط قبل التعيين الحصول على الرخصة الدولية لقيادة الحاسوب (ICDL) او (CID-IT) او (IC3) أو ما يعادلها ويستثنى الحاصلون على المؤهلات الهندسية التخصصية والهندسية المساندة و خريجو تخصصات نظم وعلوم المعلومات / الوسائط المتعددة وخريجو تخصصات علوم الحاسوب وخريجو تخصصات تصميم الجرافيك أو ما يعادلها وخريجو كلية البنات الجامعية وخريجو شهادة الثانوية أو المتوسطة
أن تتوافر بالمرشح الشروط والمؤهلات المطلوبة لشغل الوظيفة ضرورة تقديم شهادة أداء الخدمة العاملة أو التأجيل أو الاستثناء أو الاعفاء منها للمخاطبين
بأحكام القانون رقم (20) لسنة 2015 بشأن الخدمة الوطنية العسكرية يشترط في التعيين على الوظائف الإدارية (المعاملات / التوظف التخصصية الا يكون المتقدم قد سبق له العمل بأي جهة حكومية أو خاصة وذلك حتى تاريخ استلام العمل في حال ترشيحه.
الملاحظات العامة
على الراغبين في التقدم للوظائف الشاغرة الدخول من خلال الموقع الالكتروني الجامعة الكويت والضغط على وظائف شاغرة ثم الضغط على الوظائف العامة)
يجب استيفاء جميع البيانات المطلوبة في الشاشة المخصصة للتقديم على الإعلان بشكل صحيح مع مراعاة تحميل المستندات الآتية ( صورة البطاقة المدنية - صورة المؤهل الدراسي )
سيتم استبعاد جميع طلبات التوظيف غير المستوفية لشروط الإعلان وشروط شغل الوظيفة. سيتم إلغاء طلب التوظيف للمرشح في حال عدم استكمال مسوغات التعيين أو تقدم باعتذار على تعيينه في الوظيفة المرشح عليها
على المتقدم الحاصل على مؤهل تخصصي مراعاة التقديم على الوظائف الشاغرة التي تناسب مؤهله وفي حال التقديم على الوظائف التي لا تشترط مؤهلا تخصصيا فإن الجامعة لا تتحمل
أي آثار قانونية أو مادية على ذلك حال تعارضها مع الكادر الوظيفي الخاص بالمؤهل التخصصي يكون حساب الخبرة بناء على الطلب الذي يتقدم به المرشح بعد ترشيحه من إحدى مراكز العمل
بالجامعة وقبل مزاولة العمل على أن يكون الطلب مشفوعا بالمستندات المؤيدة لذلك 7 يقدم المرشح شهادة الرخصة الدولية لقيادة الحاسوب (ICDL) أو (CID-IT) أو (IC3) أو ما يعادلها
خلال الفترة من بعد ترشيحه للعمل وقبل مزاولة العمل التقديم على الإعلان من خلال الموقع الالكتروني للجامعة وذلك خلال الفترة من 2024/3/24م وحتى نهاية 2024/4/7م
