1- Hiring: Infrastructure Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IT infrastructure to support hospital operations.
- Manage servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Oversee security measures and performance optimization.
- Plan for future IT needs and manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain documentation and train staff on new technologies.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure management, ideally in healthcare.
- Expertise in servers, networks, storage, and virtualization (e.g., VMware).
- Knowledge of IT security, scripting (Python/Perl), and system documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
2- Hiring: Pharmacy Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pharmacy professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage inventory, medication distribution, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in Pharmacy, with at least 5 years of experience in a hospital setting.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health laws regarding medications.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team.
- Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with other healthcare professionals.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تصميم وتنفيذ البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات لدعم عمليات المستشفى.
- إدارة الخوادم والشبكات وأنظمة التخزين.
- الإشراف على التدابير الأمنية وتحسين الأداء.
- التخطيط لاحتياجات تكنولوجيا المعلومات المستقبلية وإدارة العلاقات مع البائعين.
- الحفاظ على الوثائق وتدريب الموظفين على التقنيات الجديدة.
المهارات والخبرة:
