The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in healthy food, with a proven track record in sales and operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the central kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of food quality and safety.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline kitchen processes.
- Drive sales strategies to achieve company targets in the healthy food sector.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and enhance menu offerings.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
- Management with a focus on central kitchens and healthy food.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

نحن نبحث عن مدير عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات للإشراف على عمليات المطبخ المركزي لدينا ودفع نمو المبيعات. المرشح المثالي سيكون لديه خبرة واسعة في صناعة الأغذية والمشروبات، وخاصة في الأطعمة الصحية، مع سجل حافل في إدارة المبيعات والعمليات.
المهام الأساسية:
- قيادة وإدارة عمليات المطبخ المركزي لضمان الكفاءة والمعايير العالية لجودة الغذاء وسلامته.
- تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات التشغيلية لتبسيط عمليات المطبخ.
- قيادة استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف الشركة في قطاع الأغذية الصحية.
- مراقبة وتحليل مقاييس أداء المبيعات وتعديل الاستراتيجيات وفقًا لذلك.
- التعاون مع الفريق المختص بالطهي للابتكار وتحسين عروض القائمة.
- إدارة الميزانيات والتوقعات والتقارير المالية لعمليات المطبخ.
- ضمان الامتثال لقواعد الصحة والسلامة وسياسات الشركة.
- تحديد وتنفيذ تحسينات العملية لتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية ورضا العملاء.
مؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأغذية والمشروبات، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات.
- إدارة تركز على المطابخ المركزية والأغذية الصحية.
- سجل حافل بالنجاحات في تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات.
- مهارات ممتازة في القيادة وإدارة الفريق.
- قدرات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات استثنائية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة وديناميكية.
