Lead Internal Auditor
Preferred Education & Experience:
• Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Sociology or Criminology.
• Must have completed the Certified Internal Auditor Certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within internal audit.

Sr. Maintenance Superintendent
Responsibilities:
- To deliver maintenance costs to budget and to analyze and deliver efficient optimization of maintenance costs.
- Engage in and monitor operations and various aspects of maintenance, repair and management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services.
- Oversee work order process from request to completion.
- Develop MEP job plans and maintenance checklists and ensure consistent and high-quality results.
- Establish and implement maintenance schedules, including routine checks, servicing and overhauls to prevent breakdowns and optimize equipment performance.
- Monitor asset condition and functionality and ensure asset performance is up to standards.
- Develop, schedule and regularly review MEP preventive maintenance program to ensure minimal breakdown and address issues that arise during operation and take charge of resolution.
- Implement best practice maintenance techniques to improve reliability efficiency.
- Analysis of OEE and CMMS data, identify and implement reliability improvement programs to ensure equipment performance meets business needs and plant maintenance strategy targets.
- Interact with MEW departments and ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations.
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Maintenance:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of MEP maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Coordinate with and supervise external vendors for specialized maintenance requirements.
- Maintain and troubleshoot MEP systems including HVAC, lifts, escalators, Plumbing systems, pumps, Fire Protection, Electrical systems, generators, Lighting, Access Control and CCTV.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure the reliability of MEP systems.
- Respond promptly to MEP-related emergencies and implement corrective measures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B. Tech./ B.E. in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 5 years of MEP operation & maintenance practical experience.
- Leadership and line management experience to supervise maintenance teams, assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintenance schedules.
- Familiar with MEW rules & regulations, procedures of approvals, code of practice and specifications of electrical installations.
- Familiar with MEP Preventive Maintenance Programs.
- Essential familiar with MEP operation, troubleshooting and repairing practices for commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Familiar with cables and switchgear installations.
- Good understanding of substation and HV installations and equipment.

التعليم والخبرة المفضلة:

مشرف صيانة أول
المسؤوليات:
- توفير تكاليف الصيانة ضمن الميزانية وتحليل وتقديم تحسين فعال لتكاليف الصيانة.
- المشاركة في ومراقبة العمليات والجوانب المختلفة للصيانة والإصلاح وإدارة الخدمات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة.
- الإشراف على عملية طلب العمل من الطلب حتى الانتهاء.
- تطوير خطط عمل MEP وقوائم التحقق من الصيانة وضمان الحصول على نتائج متسقة وعالية الجودة.
- إنشاء جداول الصيانة وتنفيذها، بما في ذلك الفحوصات الروتينية والخدمة والإصلاحات لمنع الأعطال وتحسين أداء المعدات.
- مراقبة حالة الأصول ووظائفها والتأكد من أن أداء الأصول يتوافق مع المعايير.
- تطوير جدول ومراجعة برنامج الصيانة الوقائية للسباكة والميكانيكا والسباكة بشكل منتظم لضمان الحد الأدنى من الأعطال ومعالجة المشكلات التي تنشأ أثناء التشغيل وتولي مسؤولية الحل.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

- - خبرة عملية في تشغيل وصيانة ميكانيكا الكهرباء والسباكة لمدة 5 سنوات على الأقل.
- خبرة في القيادة وإدارة الخطوط للإشراف على فرق الصيانة، وتعيين المهام، وتقديم التوجيه، وضمان الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة وجداول الصيانة.
- - معرفة بقواعد وأنظمة وزارة الكهرباء والمياه، وإجراءات الموافقات، وقواعد الممارسة ومواصفات التركيبات الكهربائية.
- معرفة ببرامج الصيانة الوقائية MEP.
- من الضروري أن يكون على دراية بتشغيل ميكانيكا الكهرباء والسباكة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في الأنظمة الكهربائية التجارية والصناعية.
- - معرفة جيدة بتركيبات الكابلات والمفاتيح الكهربائية.
- فهم جيد لمحطات التوزيع وتركيبات ومعدات الجهد العالي.
