We are looking for Shipping Coordinator:(In Kuwait Only)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the shipping of products from the warehouse to customers or other destinations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods according to company policies and customer expectations.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, such as delays, damages, or lost items.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to shipping.
- Communicate with internal departments, customers, and vendors to coordinate shipping activities and address any concerns.
- Keep all stakeholders informed about the status of shipments.

- Must have experience in logistic field.
salary range: 250-300 KD

نبحث عن منسق شحن: (في الكويت فقط)
المسؤوليات:
- تنسيق والإشراف على شحن المنتجات من المستودع إلى العملاء أو وجهات أخرى.
- ضمان تسليم البضائع في الوقت المناسب وبشكل دقيق وفقًا لسياسات الشركة وتوقعات العملاء.
- معالجة وحل أي مشاكل أو اختلافات تتعلق بالشحنات، مثل التأخيرات أو الأضرار أو العناصر المفقودة.
- معالجة استفسارات العملاء والشكاوى المتعلقة بالشحن.
- التواصل مع الأقسام الداخلية والعملاء والموردين لتنسيق أنشطة الشحن ومعالجة أي مخاوف.
- إبقاء كافة أصحاب المصلحة على اطلاع بحالة الشحنات.
