Customer Service representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure effective communication between customers, internal teams, and external partners to provide status updates on shipments and resolve issues.
- Provide guidance and support to junior customer service representatives.
- Manage and track shipment documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist clients with freight forwarding, customs clearance, and other logistics services.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve service issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback, service performance, and key metrics for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.

ممثل خدمة العملاء
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء والشكاوى وطلبات الخدمة بطريقة احترافية وفي الوقت المناسب.
- ضمان التواصل الفعال بين العملاء والفرق الداخلية والشركاء الخارجيين لتوفير تحديثات الحالة الخاصة بالشحنات وحل المشكلات.
- تقديم التوجيه والدعم لممثلي خدمة العملاء المبتدئين.
- إدارة وتتبع مستندات الشحن، وضمان المعالجة الدقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- مساعدة العملاء في خدمات الشحن والتخليص الجمركي وغيرها من الخدمات اللوجستية.
- تحديد الفرص لتحسين عمليات خدمة العملاء والتوصية بالتحسينات.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين والحفاظ عليها لضمان تكرار الأعمال والشراكات طويلة الأمد.
- التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والعمليات لحل مشكلات الخدمة وتحسين تجربة العملاء بشكل عام.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة وأنظمة الصناعة.
- إعداد التقارير حول تعليقات العملاء وأداء الخدمة والمقاييس الرئيسية للإدارة.
المؤهلات:
- يفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو اللوجستيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في خدمة العملاء، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع الخدمات اللوجستية أو الشحن.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات الشحن والتخليص الجمركي والعمليات اللوجستية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وحل المشكلات والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة والعمل تحت الضغط في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
- كفاءة في مجموعة برامج Microsoft Office وبرامج إدارة الخدمات اللوجستية.
- يشترط إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، وإتقان اللغة العربية أو اللغات الأخرى يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
