Recruitment assistance required
Responsibilities
- Assists study team with data management for research studies, entering data into electronic data base.
- Modifies and plans research experiments, procedures, tests, or survey instruments.
- Reviews medical records and/or conducts screenings for recruitment of study participants, performs interviews and QOL questionnaires.
- Assists with quality assurance and tracks regulatory submissions. Performs related approved responsibilities as required.
- Interprets, synthesizes, and analyzes data using scientific or statistical techniques.
- Completes assigned tasks/targets within given deadlines.
- Responsible for the patients’ safety.
- Coordinate with the ethics committee to generate all the research documents and reports.
- Write all the visits reports and file all subject documentations.
- Coordinate and maintain all medical research archiving.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the head of unit.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- 1-3 years related experience required
- Excellent communication skills including presentation skills
- Commitment to excellence in research and within professional and ethical code of conduct
- Ability to work independently as well as part of collaborative teams
- Requires effective time management skills
- Requires ability to understand and implement protocols.
- Requires experience with computer database management.
- Data analysis experience
- Requires Microsoft Office skills.
- Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to think critically and work independently.
- Requires strong interpersonal skills

مطلوب مساعدة للتعيين الفوري
المسؤوليات
- مساعدة فريق الدراسة في إدارة البيانات للدراسات البحثية، وإدخال البيانات في قاعدة البيانات الإلكترونية.
- يقوم بتعديل وتخطيط التجارب البحثية أو الإجراءات أو الاختبارات أو أدوات المسح.
- مراجعة السجلات الطبية و/أو إجراء فحوصات لتجنيد المشاركين في الدراسة، وإجراء المقابلات واستبيانات جودة الحياة.
- يساعد في ضمان الجودة ويتابع الطلبات التنظيمية. ينفذ المسؤوليات المعتمدة ذات الصلة حسب الحاجة.
- يقوم بتفسير البيانات وتلخيصها وتحليلها باستخدام التقنيات العلمية أو الإحصائية.
- يكمل المهام/الأهداف المحددة ضمن المواعيد النهائية المحددة.
- المسئول عن سلامة المرضى.
- التنسيق مع لجنة الأخلاقيات لإصدار كافة الوثائق والتقارير البحثية.
- كتابة جميع تقارير الزيارات وتسجيل جميع الوثائق المتعلقة بالموضوع.
- تنسيق وصيانة جميع أرشفة الأبحاث الطبية.
- يقوم بأداء مهام أخرى يتم تكليفه بها من قبل رئيس الوحدة.
المهارات والخبرات المطلوبة:
- مطلوب خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في نفس المجال
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة بما في ذلك مهارات العرض
- الالتزام بالتميز في البحث العلمي وضمن قواعد السلوك المهني والأخلاقي
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكذلك كجزء من فرق تعاونية
- يتطلب مهارات إدارة الوقت الفعالة
- يتطلب القدرة على فهم البروتوكولات وتنفيذها.
- يتطلب خبرة في إدارة قواعد بيانات الكمبيوتر.
- خبرة في تحليل البيانات
- يتطلب مهارات Microsoft Office.
- يجب أن يكون فردًا لديه دافع ذاتي مع القدرة على التفكير النقدي والعمل بشكل مستقل.
