Senior Marketing Strategist
Key Responsibilities:

Residential Construction Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices.
- Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work on-site in various weather conditions.

مهندس بناء سكني
المؤهلات:
- - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة البناء أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على رخصة مهندس محترف (PE).

المتطلبات الجسدية:
