Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in operating and maintaining Air Separation Units (ASU)? We're looking for a dedicated Process Operator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our ASU systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control ASU processes to ensure safe and efficient production of oxygen, nitrogen, and argon
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and logs of operational data and performance metrics
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize reliability
- Supervise Tanker filling prefill/post fill using checklist and issue purity certificates
- Responsible for tanker conversion as per Distribution requirement and ensure purity quality is achieved
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a process operator, ideally within ASU or related industrial gas processes
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of process control systems and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- مراقبة والتحكم في عمليات ASU لضمان إنتاج آمن وفعال للأكسجين والنيتروجين والأرجون
- إجراء الصيانة الروتينية واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتحسين المعدات
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والبروتوكولات التشغيلية والمتطلبات التنظيمية
- الحفاظ على السجلات الدقيقة وسجلات البيانات التشغيلية ومقاييس الأداء
- التعاون مع فرق الصيانة لتقليل وقت التوقف عن العمل وتعظيم الموثوقية
- الإشراف على تعبئة الصهاريج قبل التعبئة/بعد التعبئة باستخدام قائمة المراجعة وإصدار شهادات النقاء
- المسؤول عن تحويل الناقلات وفقًا لمتطلبات التوزيع وضمان تحقيق جودة النقاء
المؤهلات:
- خبرة سابقة كمشغل عملية، ويفضل أن تكون ضمن ASU أو عمليات الغاز الصناعية ذات الصلة
- القدرة التقنية القوية ومهارات حل المشكلات
- معرفة أنظمة التحكم في العمليات وبروتوكولات السلامة
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى وموجهة نحو الفريق
- المرونة في العمل بنظام المناوبات
