Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate concrete mixes and delivery schedules.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collect, clean, and analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to optimize marketing efforts.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and revenue optimization.
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Utilize data to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven 3 years’ experience in customer service and data analytics leadership roles.
- Strong customer service and satisfaction orientation
- excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills in Arabic, English is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or similar).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the cement or ready-mix industry is a plus.
- Position only eligible for Arab Nationals.

المسؤوليات:
- تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية من خلال الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني والتفاعلات الشخصية.
- فهم احتياجات العملاء والتوصية بخلطات الخرسانة المناسبة وجداول التسليم.
- معالجة الطلبات بدقة وكفاءة، وضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب.
- حل مشاكل العملاء بسرعة وباحترافية، مع الحفاظ على تجربة إيجابية للعملاء.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها.
- جمع بيانات العملاء وتنظيفها وتحليلها لتحديد الاتجاهات والأنماط.
- تطوير وصيانة نماذج تقسيم العملاء لتحسين جهود التسويق.
- تحليل بيانات المبيعات لتحديد فرص النمو وتحسين الإيرادات.
- إنشاء التقارير ولوحات المعلومات لمراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPI) المتعلقة برضا العملاء وأداء المبيعات.
- استخدام البيانات لتحديد مجالات تحسين العملية والكفاءة التشغيلية.
المؤهلات:
- يشترط الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ ويفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الإحصاء أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة لمدة 3 سنوات في خدمة العملاء وأدوار القيادة في تحليل البيانات.
- خدمة عملاء قوية وتوجه نحو الرضا
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والتعامل الشخصي باللغة العربية، واللغة الإنجليزية هي ميزة إضافية
- الكفاءة في استخدام مجموعة برامج Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، Outlook) وأدوات تحليل البيانات (SQL، Python، أو ما شابه).
