About the Job:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Analyst to join one of our major clients in the electronics field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics with technical expertise in spare parts for electronics and appliances. This role involves trend analysis, suggesting alternative solutions and parts for technicians, and applying deep knowledge of electronics spare parts to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trend Analysis: Analyze data related to spare parts usage, repair frequencies, and service requests to identify patterns and trends.
- Alternative Solutions: Evaluate and recommend alternative spare parts or solutions to technicians to enhance repair processes and customer satisfaction.
- Technical Knowledge: Utilize comprehensive knowledge of electronics and appliance spare parts to assist in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on spare parts performance, inventory levels, and potential areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technicians, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal parts availability and service quality.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of essential parts and minimizing downtime.
Qualifications:
- Education: University degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role with a strong focus on technical analysis and spare parts management.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of spare parts for electronics, large appliances, small appliances, and AC units.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.
Preferred Attributes:
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in analysis and reporting.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.

- إدارة المخزون: مراقبة وإدارة مستويات المخزون، وضمان توفر الأجزاء الأساسية وتقليل فترات التوقف.
المؤهلات:
- التعليم: درجة جامعية في الهندسة، الإلكترونيات، أو مجال ذي صلة. تعتبر درجة الماجستير ميزة إضافية.
- الخبرة: خبرة مثبتة في دور مشابه مع تركيز قوي على التحليل الفني وإدارة قطع الغيار.
- المهارات الفنية: معرفة متعمقة بقطع الغيار للإلكترونيات، والأجهزة الكبيرة، والأجهزة الصغيرة، ووحدات تكييف الهواء.
- المهارات التحليلية: قدرة قوية على تحليل البيانات، وتحديد الاتجاهات، وتقديم رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
- المهارات التواصلية: مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة مع القدرة على تقديم معلومات معقدة بوضوح.
- حل المشكلات: نهج استباقي لتحديد القضايا واقتراح حلول فعالة.
