Job Advertisement: QA Inspector
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Inspector to join our team in Kuwait. The role involves monitoring and assessing the delivery and installation process to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Mystery Visits: Conduct unannounced visits to evaluate team standards, professionalism, punctuality, customer interactions, and the condition of the truck and team appearance.
- Handling and Assembly: Inspect the handling of furniture during transport and evaluate assembly and installation quality at the customer's location.
- Product Inspection: Ensure delivered furniture matches customer orders.
- Timeliness: Assess the delivery team's adherence to scheduled delivery times and report delays.
- Documentation: Generate detailed reports with written descriptions and photographic evidence of any issues observed.
- Feedback and Recommendation: Offer constructive feedback and recommendations to improve the delivery process and customer experience.
- Follow-Up Visits: Conduct follow-ups to monitor improvements based on previous evaluations.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure delivery teams adhere to safety guidelines, company policies, and relevant regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong knowledge of furniture products and assembly techniques.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Training experience (preferred).
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.

- التغذية الراجعة والتوصيات: تقديم ملاحظات وتوصيات لتحسين عملية التسليم وتعزيز تجربة العملاء.
- زيارات المتابعة: إجراء زيارات متابعة لمراقبة التحسينات بناءً على التقييمات السابقة.
- الالتزام بالسياسات: ضمان امتثال فريق التسليم لإرشادات السلامة وسياسات الشركة واللوائح ذات الصلة.
