Role Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of guests, patrons, associates, and hotel property.
- Enforce hotel policies, regulations, and security standards.
- Promote safety awareness and provide training to reduce accidents and loss.
- Respond to emergency calls, assist in the Fire Command center, and handle emergency procedures.
- Patrol the premises, addressing any security, safety, or fire hazards.
- Implement and respond to all security and safety policies and protocols.
- Respond effectively to both emergency and non-emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role at a five-star luxury hotel.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
