Position Overview
KEO is seeking a skilled Safety Engineer to join the Project Management team in Kuwait. This role is essential to ensure compliance with safety regulations across the workplace, focusing on local, national, and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety Monitoring: Oversee contractor methods to ensure safety for the workforce, public, and other stakeholders.
- Team Guidance: Mentor and guide Safety Inspectors, focusing on contractors’ site safety and reviewing safe work methods.
- Immediate Action: Issue instructions to contractors for urgent safety measures and monitor site safety for public protection.
- Accident Reporting: Communicate safety and accident-related matters to the Resident Engineer and report to the Client as required.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards are upheld by all project stakeholders.
