Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Mechanical Technician at our facility in Shuwaikh Industrial. The role involves conducting mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and machinery to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure production efficiency.
- Operate and maintain batch and continuous cooking machines for both soft and hard candy.
- Work with equipment such as electrical ovens, Açma GD machines, GEA Aquarius lollipop twist wrapping machines, Flowpack machines, ball mills, universal mixers, and Theegarten packaging machines.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Associate's degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

تتوفر وظيفة بدوام كامل في موقع العمل لفني ميكانيكا بمقرنا في الشويخ الصناعية. تشمل الوظيفة مهام الصيانة الميكانيكية اليومية، وحل المشكلات، وإصلاح المعدات والآلات لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
المهام الوظيفية:
- إجراء الصيانة والإصلاح للمعدات والآلات الميكانيكية.
- معالجة الأعطال لتقليل وقت التوقف وضمان كفاءة الإنتاج.
- تشغيل وصيانة آلات الطبخ الدفعي والمستمر للحلويات الطرية والصلبة.
- التعامل مع معدات مثل الأفران الكهربائية، ماكينات Açma GD، ماكينات تغليف GEA Aquarius lollipop، ماكينات Flowpack، مطاحن الكرات، الخلاطات الشاملة، وماكينات التغليف Theegarten.
المؤهلات:
- إتقان الأنظمة والأدوات والمعدات الميكانيكية.
- القدرة على قراءة الأدلة الفنية والرسومات.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل.
- اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- شهادة دبلوم أو مؤهل في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
