Commercial Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Platform Management: Oversee the backend of delivery platforms for three brands, including adding, removing, and modifying products.
- Managing Campaigns: Collaborate with delivery platforms to manage campaigns effectively.
- Product Launch Coordination: Work closely with relevant departments to launch products and ensure smooth execution.
- Branch/Product Activations: Coordinate with departments to activate/deactivate branches or products on delivery platforms as needed.
- Operational Support: Assist the operations team in identifying and resolving issues related to the POS system and delivery platforms.
- Reporting: Prepare and share detailed reports with internal stakeholders to track performance and gather insights.
- Demand Planning: Support demand planning activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and resource allocation.
- Additional Responsibilities: Execute other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the Commercial Manager.

- إعداد التقارير: إعداد ومشاركة التقارير التفصيلية مع الأطراف المعنية لمتابعة الأداء وتحليل النتائج.
- تخطيط الطلب: دعم الأنشطة المتعلقة بتخطيط الطلب لضمان توفير المخزون المناسب وتوزيع الموارد بشكل فعال.
- المسؤوليات الإضافية: تنفيذ المهام الأخرى التي يطلبها المدير التجاري.
