Solids Control Technician (Shakers, Centrifuges, Dryers)
Responsibilities
- Ensure correct installation of solids control and auxiliary equipment at various locations.
- Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, including centrifuges, pumps, shale shakers, mud chillers, and other solids control equipment, both in the workshop and on-site.
- Maintain clean and orderly conditions in equipment, work areas, and living areas at all times during operations.
- Diagnose and repair complex malfunctions in chiller and associated control systems, particularly those used in NOV mud chiller systems.
- Complete operational and safety checklists as required by the operations department and/or customer.
- Report and document any loss or damage to equipment or parts to the area supervisor during each move.
- Maintain a daily report of operational activity at each location and submit it to the area supervisor.
- Adhere to safety and environmental protection policies established by the company and our customers.
- Perform laboratory tests for solids analysis to ensure proper equipment functioning.
- Maintain control, follow-up, and order of QMS and/or project documentation.

المسؤوليات
- ضمان التثبيت الصحيح لمعدات التحكم في المواد الصلبة والمعدات المساعدة في مواقع مختلفة.
- إجراء الصيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها للمعدات، بما في ذلك أجهزة الطرد المركزي، والمضخات، وأجهزة اهتزاز الصخر الزيتي، ومبردات الطين، وغيرها من معدات التحكم في المواد الصلبة، سواء في ورشة العمل أو في الموقع.
- الحفاظ على ظروف نظيفة ومنظمة في المعدات ومناطق العمل وأماكن المعيشة في جميع الأوقات أثناء العمليات.
- تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال المعقدة في أنظمة التبريد وأنظمة التحكم المرتبطة بها، وخاصة تلك المستخدمة في أنظمة تبريد الطين NOV.
- إكمال قوائم التحقق التشغيلية والسلامة حسب متطلبات قسم العمليات و/أو العميل.
- الإبلاغ عن أي خسارة أو ضرر يصيب المعدات أو الأجزاء وتوثيقه إلى مشرف المنطقة أثناء كل عملية نقل.
- الحفاظ على تقرير يومي عن النشاط التشغيلي في كل موقع وتقديمه إلى مشرف المنطقة.
- الالتزام بسياسات السلامة وحماية البيئة التي وضعتها الشركة وعملائنا.
- إجراء الاختبارات المعملية لتحليل المواد الصلبة للتأكد من عمل المعدات بشكل صحيح.
- الحفاظ على التحكم والمتابعة وترتيب نظام إدارة الجودة و/أو وثائق المشروع.
