Fashion Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create original and trend-forward designs for clothing and accessories that reflect the brand’s identity and seasonal themes.
- Trend Research: Continuously monitor and analyze fashion trends, competitor designs, and consumer preferences to ensure collections remain fresh and relevant.
- Sketching & Illustration: Produce clear and detailed hand or digital sketches to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Fabric & Material Selection: Select suitable fabrics, textures, and color palettes that enhance both the aesthetic and functional qualities of the designs.
- Pattern Making & Prototyping: Work closely with pattern makers and sample production teams to ensure accurate translation of designs into prototypes.
- Collection Presentation: Prepare design boards, mood boards, and presentations to showcase concepts and complete collections to internal stakeholders.
- Brand Identity Alignment: Ensure that all designs are consistent with the company’s branding, target market, and overall business strategy.
- Sustainability & Innovation: Explore new materials and sustainable design approaches that align with environmental trends and company goals.

Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير التصميم: ابتكار تصاميم أصلية وعصرية للملابس والإكسسوارات التي تعكس هوية العلامة التجارية والموضوعات الموسمية.
- بحث الاتجاهات: متابعة وتحليل الاتجاهات في عالم الأزياء، وتصاميم المنافسين، وتفضيلات المستهلكين لضمان أن تظل المجموعات جديدة وذات صلة.
- الرسم والتوضيح: إنتاج رسومات واضحة ومفصلة يدوية أو رقمية للتواصل الفعال للمفاهيم التصميمية.
- اختيار الأقمشة والمواد: اختيار الأقمشة والأنسجة ولوحات الألوان المناسبة التي تعزز الخصائص الجمالية والوظيفية للتصاميم.
- إعداد الأنماط والنماذج الأولية: العمل عن كثب مع صانعي الأنماط وفرق إنتاج العينات لضمان ترجمة التصاميم بدقة إلى نماذج أولية.
- عرض المجموعات: إعداد لوحات التصميم، ولوحات المزاج، والعروض التقديمية لعرض المفاهيم والمجموعات الكاملة للمساهمين الداخليين.
- محاذاة الهوية العلامة التجارية: ضمان أن تكون جميع التصاميم متوافقة مع العلامة التجارية للشركة، والسوق المستهدف، واستراتيجية العمل الشاملة.
