Full Job Description:
We are looking for a fitness trainer to join our team members in Kuwait. Nexfit provides the next generation of fitness training for its customers. As a fitness trainer, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer service on the gym floor.
- Ensure our brand standards are upheld on the gym floor.
- Engage with members, providing fitness and motivational support.
- Perform across all Fitness KPIs.
- Maintain relevant communication channels with members to accommodate feedback/criticism and ensure members feel welcome and valued.
- Engage with members, providing fitness and motivational support.
Pay: KD 500.000 - KD 600.000 per month

نبحث عن مدربة لياقة بدنية للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الكويت. توفر Nexfit الجيل القادم من تدريب اللياقة البدنية لعملائها. كمدربة لياقة بدنية، ستكونين مسؤولة عن:
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من خدمة العملاء في صالة الألعاب الرياضية.
- ضمان التزام معايير العلامة التجارية في صالة الألعاب الرياضية.
- التفاعل مع الأعضاء، وتقديم الدعم الرياضي والتحفيزي.
- تحقيق جميع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية الخاصة باللياقة البدنية.
- الحفاظ على قنوات الاتصال المناسبة مع الأعضاء لاستيعاب الملاحظات / الانتقادات وضمان شعور الأعضاء بالترحيب والتقدير.
- التفاعل مع الأعضاء، وتقديم الدعم الرياضي والتحفيزي.
الراتب: من 500 إلى 600 دينار كويتي شهرياً
