About the Job
Organization: Hyatt Regency Al Kout
Summary:
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Hostess is responsible for assisting with receiving guests in the hotel's restaurants, managing the inventory of the outlet, and assisting the service staff whenever necessary.
Qualifications:
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
- Preferably bilingual speaker (Arabic & English).
- Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
