Technical Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement VMware Horizon and Workspace ONE solutions to meet client requirements.
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for optimizing client environments.
- Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of Horizon and WorkspaceONE.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Horizon and WorkspaceONE deployments.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to develop proposals and solutions for clients.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and VMware technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or similar role, with a focus on VMware Horizon and WorkspaceONE.
- Strong knowledge of VMware Horizon, WorkspaceONE, and related technologies.
- Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and endpoint management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- VMware certifications (e.g., VCP-DTM, VCAP-DTM) are a plus.

- معرفة قوية بـ VMware Horizon و WorkspaceONE والتقنيات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في البنية التحتية لسطح المكتب الافتراضي (VDI) وإدارة النقاط النهائية.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
