Swim Instructor
About the Job:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to a diverse range of students, from beginners to advanced. You will create a positive and encouraging learning environment, ensuring the safety and progress of all students.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels.
- Assess student swimming abilities and develop personalized lesson plans to meet individual needs and goals.
- Teach fundamental swimming skills such as freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, and diving.
- Instruct students in water safety and rescue techniques.
- Maintain a safe and clean pool environment.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members.
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Swimming Instructor (minimum [Number] years).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid).
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming techniques.

المسؤوليات:
- تخطيط وتقديم دروس سباحة مشوقة وفعّالة للأفراد والمجموعات من جميع الأعمار ومستويات المهارة.

- ضمان اتباع جميع بروتوكولات السلامة في جميع الأوقات.
- التواصل الفعّال مع الطلاب، أولياء الأمور، وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للطلاب وتقارير التقدم.
- المشاركة في فرص التنمية المهنية لتعزيز مهارات التدريس.
المؤهلات:
