CUSTOMER CARE-FEMALE ARABIC SPEAKER ONLY INSIDE KUWAIT
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Provide information about the products, including ingredients and special offers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries regarding orders and promotions.
- Process sales transactions using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Ensure the shop is clean, well-organized, and stocked with fresh products.
- Assist in packaging sweets and arranging gift boxes as per customer requests.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding special orders and inventory.
- Promote the shop’s offerings and encourage repeat business through excellent service.
