Inventory Coordinator
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Coordinator located in Hawally. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, performing physical inventory checks, handling shipping and receiving tasks, and managing overall inventory control processes. The role requires ensuring that inventory levels are accurate, up-to-date, and meet the needs of the business operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inventory Accuracy and Inventory Management skills
- Experience in conducting Physical Inventory and Inventory Control
- Skills in Shipping & Receiving operations
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in retail or warehouse settings is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous

هذا دور بدوام كامل في موقع منسق مخزون في حولي. سيكون منسق المخزون مسؤولاً عن الحفاظ على دقة المخزون، وإجراء فحوصات مادية للمخزون، وإدارة مهام الشحن والاستلام، وإدارة عمليات مراقبة المخزون بشكل عام. يتطلب هذا الدور ضمان دقة مستويات المخزون وتحديثها وتلبيتها لاحتياجات العمليات التجارية.
المؤهلات
- الكفاءة في دقة المخزون ومهارات إدارة المخزون
- خبرة في إجراء الجرد المادي ومراقبة المخزون
- المهارات في عمليات الشحن والاستلام
- قدرات تنظيمية قوية وإدارة الوقت
- اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي بيئة الفريق
- الخبرة السابقة في إعدادات البيع بالتجزئة أو المستودعات هي ميزة إضافية
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ المؤهلات الإضافية في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد مفيدة
