Farm Veterinarian
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for dairy cattle.
- Lead and implement herd health programs including vaccination schedules, deworming, and disease surveillance.
- Monitor animal behavior, health trends, and biosecurity protocols to ensure high standards of welfare.
- Support reproductive health initiatives including artificial insemination and pregnancy monitoring.
- Provide expertise on nutrition, calf rearing, and metabolic disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using herd management software.
- Collaborate with veterinarians, nutritionists, farm management, and staff to enhance animal performance and productivity.
Civil Engineer
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
· Previous experience in the dairy or food manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
· Strong knowledge of Kuwait building codes, construction safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
· Demonstrated experience in corresponding with and handling documentation for the Ministry of Electricity and Water and Renewable Energy, Kuwaiti Fire Force, Kuwait Municipality, and other government entities.
Compost Expert
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current waste management practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive composting system tailored to local conditions.
- Provide technical expertise in composting methods (windrow, in-vessel, or other suitable techniques).
- Create, plan, supervise and execute a composting/fermentation process with guidelines.
- Assist in the procurement, installation, and maintenance of composting equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations in Kuwait.
- Develop daily protocols for collection, handling, processing, and quality control of cow manure.
- Work full-time on site and manage the daily composting operations.

مهندس مدني
متطلبات:
· درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية (درجة الماجستير تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
· خبرة تتراوح من 3 إلى 5 سنوات على الأقل في الهندسة المدنية، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة صناعية أو تصنيعية.
· الخبرة السابقة في صناعة الألبان أو تصنيع الأغذية تشكل ميزة قوية.
· معرفة قوية بقوانين البناء الكويتية ومعايير السلامة في البناء والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
· خبرة مثبتة في المراسلات والتعامل مع الوثائق الخاصة بوزارة الكهرباء والماء والطاقة المتجددة، وقوة الإطفاء الكويتية، وبلدية الكويت، وغيرها من الجهات الحكومية.
خبير السماد
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تقييم ممارسات إدارة النفايات الحالية وتحديد مجالات التحسين.
- تصميم والإشراف على تنفيذ نظام التسميد الشامل المصمم خصيصًا للظروف المحلية.
- توفير الخبرة الفنية في طرق التسميد (التسميد في صفوف، أو في وعاء، أو غيرها من التقنيات المناسبة).
- إنشاء وتخطيط والإشراف على وتنفيذ عملية التسميد/التخمير مع الإرشادات.
- المساعدة في شراء وتركيب وصيانة معدات وبنية أساسية للتسميد.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل للأنظمة البيئية في الكويت.
- تطوير بروتوكولات يومية لجمع ومعالجة ومعالجة ومراقبة جودة روث الأبقار.
- العمل بدوام كامل في الموقع وإدارة عمليات التسميد اليومية.
