Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Provide information about the products, including ingredients and special offers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries regarding orders and promotions.
- Process sales transactions using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Ensure the shop is clean, well-organized, and stocked with fresh products.
- Assist in packaging sweets and arranging gift boxes as per customer requests.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding special orders and inventory.
- Promote the shop’s offerings and encourage repeat business through excellent service.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- استقبال العملاء بحرارة ومساعدتهم في طلباتهم.
- توفير معلومات حول المنتجات، بما في ذلك المكونات والعروض الخاصة.
- التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء والشكاوى والملاحظات باحترافية.
- إدارة المكالمات الهاتفية والواتساب والاستفسارات على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي فيما يتعلق بالطلبات والعروض الترويجية.
- معالجة معاملات المبيعات باستخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع والتعامل مع المدفوعات النقدية/البطاقات.
- تأكد من أن المتجر نظيف ومنظم جيدًا ومليء بالمنتجات الطازجة.
- المساعدة في تغليف الحلويات وترتيب صناديق الهدايا حسب طلبات العملاء.
- التنسيق مع موظفي المطبخ فيما يتعلق بالطلبات الخاصة والمخزون.
- تعزيز عروض المتجر وتشجيع تكرار الأعمال من خلال الخدمة الممتازة.
