Application Engineer
Responsibilities
- Operate computer-aided drafting Samsung Application equipment in order to develop designs, work drawings, charts, forms and records.
- Work directly with engineering staff to produce drawings and Bills of Quantity from sketches, existing drawings, and electronic images ensuring adherence to customer requirements.
- Draw rough and detailed scale plans for designs based on preliminary concepts, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data using the specified Samsung Application equipment.
- Work under the direction of the Manager – Direct Sales to design complex drawings, such as routine design layouts and detailed drawings.
- Obtain and assemble data to complete technical drawings to compile measurements as necessary.
- Develop equipment/material schedules and material takeoffs, from drawings or sketches.
- Prepare sheet set for making DWF (Design Web Format) drawings to be reviewed by the Direct Manager.
- Coordinate and communicate with the Direct Manager regarding project progress, in order to ensure deadlines are met.
- Review the technical drawings in order to ensure adherence to established specifications.
- Provide Draughtsmen with all the information required in order to complete their tasks.
- Review comments received from the client with the Manager – Direct Sales and modify Samsung Applications drawings as requested by client.
- Maintain copies of the technical drawings for each project to refer back whenever needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc activities as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Sales Engineer
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying client needs and offer suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using Microsoft Excel.
- Develop technical presentations and sales documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure their technical requirements are met.
- Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work.
- Work with the customers and Engineers to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements.
- Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary.
- Secure orders, guarantee product standards and assure product delivery.
- Establish customer rapport and acceptance.
- Plan for modifications to products to meet consumer demands.
- Help clients to solve problems with product usage.
- Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective.

- تشغيل معدات تطبيق Samsung بمساعدة الكمبيوتر من أجل تطوير التصميمات ورسومات العمل والمخططات والنماذج والسجلات.
- العمل بشكل مباشر مع موظفي الهندسة لإنتاج الرسومات وفواتير الكميات من الرسومات الأولية والرسومات الموجودة والصور الإلكترونية لضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات العملاء.
- قم برسم مخططات تقريبية ومفصلة للتصاميم بناءً على المفاهيم الأولية وحسابات الهندسة وأوراق المواصفات والبيانات الأخرى باستخدام معدات تطبيق Samsung المحددة.
- العمل تحت إشراف مدير المبيعات المباشرة لتصميم الرسومات المعقدة، مثل مخططات التصميم الروتينية والرسومات التفصيلية.

- مراجعة الرسومات الفنية للتأكد من الالتزام بالمواصفات المحددة.
- تزويد الرسامين بكل المعلومات المطلوبة لإكمال مهامهم.
- مراجعة التعليقات الواردة من العميل مع مدير المبيعات المباشرة وتعديل رسومات تطبيقات Samsung حسب طلب العميل.
- احتفظ بنسخ من الرسومات الفنية لكل مشروع للرجوع إليها عند الحاجة.
- تنفيذ أنشطة أخرى مخصصة حسب تكليفه من قبل المدير المباشر.
مهندس مبيعات
المسؤوليات
- المساعدة في تحديد احتياجات العملاء وتقديم الحلول التقنية المناسبة.
- إعداد تقارير المبيعات والتوقعات التفصيلية باستخدام Microsoft Excel.
