Film Director
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Film Director based in Salmiya. The Film Director will be responsible for directing film projects from start to finish, including overseeing the scriptwriting, video production, film production, and post-production processes. The role requires close collaboration with producers, cast, and crew to ensure the production meets creative vision and technical standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Film Direction and Film Production
- Strong skills in Scriptwriting and Video Production
- Experience with Post-Production techniques and processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in directing healthcare or educational films is a plus

هذا دورٌ بدوامٍ كاملٍ في موقع التصوير لمخرج أفلامٍ مقيمٍ في السالمية. سيكون المخرج مسؤولاً عن إدارة مشاريع الأفلام من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك الإشراف على كتابة السيناريوهات، وإنتاج الفيديو، وإنتاج الفيلم، ومراحل ما بعد الإنتاج. يتطلب هذا الدور تعاوناً وثيقاً مع المنتجين والممثلين وطاقم العمل لضمان استيفاء الإنتاج للرؤية الإبداعية والمعايير الفنية.
المؤهلات
- الكفاءة في الإخراج والإنتاج السينمائي
- مهارات قوية في كتابة السيناريو وإنتاج الفيديو
- الخبرة في تقنيات وعمليات ما بعد الإنتاج
- مهارات ممتازة في القيادة والتواصل
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فريق متنوع
- يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في مجال السينما أو الفنون الجميلة أو مجال ذي صلة
