Responsibilities

Handle all accounting operations for the catering business.

Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reports.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable.

Manage payroll and other financial transactions within the catering operation.

Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for the catering department.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.

Maintain accurate financial records and provide reports as required by management.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting within the catering industry.

Strong knowledge of the entire catering operation and accounting functions in the food and beverage business.

المسؤوليات

التعامل مع جميع عمليات المحاسبة لقطاع التموين.

ضمان تسجيل وتقديم تقارير مالية دقيقة.

الإشراف على الحسابات المستحقة الدفع والتحصيل.
-
إدارة الرواتب والمعاملات المالية الأخرى في قطاع التموين.
-
المساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات المالية لقطاع التموين.
-
ضمان الامتثال للأنظمة المالية المعمول بها في الصناعة.
-
الحفاظ على السجلات المالية الدقيقة وتقديم التقارير حسب الحاجة للإدارة.
الشروط
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المحاسبة داخل صناعة التموين.
-
معرفة شاملة بكافة العمليات المحاسبية في شركات التموين والأعمال الغذائية.
-
القدرة على إدارة المهام المالية المتعددة بشكل دقيق.

مهارات تنظيمية عالية واهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل.
-
مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل بشكل فعال مع الفرق المختلفة.
