Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services from both local and international suppliers.

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring consistent quality and delivery standards.

• Evaluate vendor performance and address issues proactively.

Contract Negotiation

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

• Manage contract renewals and modifications, maintaining beneficial relationships with suppliers.

Procurement Planning and Monitoring

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to support ongoing and future projects.

• Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs to prevent shortages.

• Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement activities with project requirements.

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and trade regulations.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for internal use and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement, preferably within the trading or contracting sectors.

• Knowledge of local and international sourcing and logistics processes.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.

المهام الرئيسية

إدارة الموردين

• توريد المواد والمعدات والخدمات من الموردين المحليين والدوليين.

• تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الموردين لضمان الجودة والالتزام بمواعيد التسليم.

• تقييم أداء الموردين والتعامل مع المشكلات بسرعة وفعالية.

التفاوض على العقود

• التفاوض على الأسعار والعقود وشروط التسليم لضمان التوازن بين الجودة والتكلفة.

• إدارة تجديد العقود والتعديلات للحفاظ على علاقة دائمة ومفيدة مع الموردين.

تخطيط ومراقبة المشتريات

• ضمان تسليم المواد في الوقت المحدد لدعم المشاريع الحالية والمستقبلية.

• مراقبة مستويات المخزون والتنبؤ بالاحتياجات المستقبلية لتجنب النقص.

• التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان توافق أنشطة المشتريات مع متطلبات المشاريع.

الامتثال والإبلاغ

• التأكد من أن جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالمشتريات تتماشى مع سياسات الشركة وتنظيمات التجارة.

• الحفاظ على سجلات وتقارير دقيقة للمشتريات للاستخدام الداخلي ولأغراض التدقيق.

المؤهلات

• درجة بكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد، الأعمال التجارية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• 3 سنوات على الأقل من الخبرة في مجال المشتريات، ويفضل في القطاعات التجارية أو المقاولات.

• معرفة بالمصادر المحلية والدولية ولوجستياتها.

• مهارات تفاوض وتحليل قوية.

• إلمام بأنظمة البرمجيات الخاصة بالمشتريات وأنظمة ERP.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ والإجادة بالعربية ميزة قوية.
