General Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in Kuwait or the GCC region.

• Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Solid understanding of Kuwaiti labor laws, HR policies, and procedures.

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

• Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office applications.

• خبرة في التوظيف، التوظيف الأولي، وعلاقات الموظفين.

• إلمام بـ برمجيات وأدوات الموارد البشرية و تطبيقات MS Office.
