Security Control Room Operator

Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and other integrated security systems to detect and respond to incidents in real-time.

• Log and escalate incidents as needed, following internal protocols and reporting procedures.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with security teams, maintenance staff, and emergency services via phone and radio.

• Write clear, concise, and accurate incident and shift reports in English.

• Ensure all security systems are functioning correctly and report any malfunctions to the technical team.

• Conduct system checks and follow daily control room checklists.

• Support emergency procedures and coordinate response efforts during alarms or critical incidents.

• Maintain a high level of awareness and vigilance throughout all shifts.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and data protection protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a control room, security operations center, or similar monitoring environment.

• Strong technical background, especially in operating and understanding CCTV and access control systems.

• Fluent in English, with the ability to write incident reports and communicate clearly over the phone or radio.

• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Detail-oriented with excellent observation and logging skills.

• Familiar with basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, email).

• Flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous experience with video management systems (VMS) or integrated security platforms is a plus.

• مراقبة كاميرات CCTV، وأنظمة التحكم في الوصول، والإنذارات، وغيرها من الأنظمة الأمنية المتكاملة للكشف عن الحوادث والاستجابة لها في الوقت الفعلي.

• تسجيل الحوادث وتصعيدها عند الحاجة، وفقًا للبروتوكولات الداخلية وإجراءات التقارير.

• التواصل بوضوح واحترافية مع فرق الأمن وفنيي الصيانة والخدمات الطارئة عبر الهاتف أو الراديو.

• كتابة تقارير حوادث ونوبات عمل واضحة ودقيقة باللغة الإنجليزية.

• التأكد من أن جميع الأنظمة الأمنية تعمل بشكل صحيح وإبلاغ الفريق الفني عن أي أعطال.

• إجراء فحوصات النظام واتباع قوائم التحقق اليومية لغرفة التحكم.

• دعم الإجراءات الطارئة وتنسيق الجهود أثناء الإنذارات أو الحوادث الحرجة.

• الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من اليقظة والانتباه خلال جميع النوبات.

• اتباع جميع السياسات والإجراءات وبروتوكولات حماية البيانات الخاصة بالشركة.

المؤهلات

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في غرفة التحكم أو مركز العمليات الأمنية أو بيئة مراقبة مشابهة.

• خلفية تقنية قوية، خاصة في تشغيل وفهم أنظمة CCTV وأنظمة التحكم في الوصول.

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، مع القدرة على كتابة تقارير الحوادث والتواصل بوضوح عبر الهاتف أو الراديو.

• القدرة على البقاء هادئًا واتخاذ قرارات سليمة تحت الضغط.

• اهتمام بالتفاصيل مع مهارات مراقبة وتسجيل ممتازة.
