Student Life Specialist SY2025-2026
Overview of the Position
- The Student Life Specialist supports the planning and coordination of all non-athletic extracurricular activities for students across PS, ES, MS, and HS.
- This role focuses on enriching student experiences through clubs, events, trips, and cultural programs.
- The SLS works closely with School Principals, faculty, and the Central Office to create an engaging and well-organized student life environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Organize student clubs, initiatives, and cultural activities.
- Coordinate local and international field trips and ensure MOE approvals.
- Handle event logistics, budgets, payments, and facility use.
- Prepare communication, forms, and promotional materials for activities.
- Collaborate with PR for announcements and student life updates.
- Plan and execute the annual Student Life Awards Nights.
- Assist in evaluating programs and parent feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Student Affairs, or similar field
- Experience working with students in a school or higher education setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic

أخصائي الحياة الطلابية للعام الدراسي 2025-2026
نظرة عامة على المنصب
- يدعم أخصائي الحياة الطلابية التخطيط وتنسيق جميع الأنشطة اللامنهجية غير الرياضية للطلاب في جميع المدارس الابتدائية والإعدادية والثانوية.
- يركز هذا الدور على إثراء تجارب الطلاب من خلال الأندية والفعاليات والرحلات والبرامج الثقافية.
- تتعاون SLS بشكل وثيق مع مديري المدارس وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والمكتب المركزي لخلق بيئة حياة طلابية جذابة ومنظمة بشكل جيد.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تنظيم الأندية والمبادرات والأنشطة الثقافية الطلابية.
- تنسيق الرحلات الميدانية المحلية والدولية والتأكد من الحصول على موافقات وزارة التعليم.
- التعامل مع لوجستيات الحدث، والميزانيات، والمدفوعات، واستخدام المرافق.
- إعداد وسائل الاتصال والنماذج والمواد الترويجية للأنشطة.
- التعاون مع العلاقات العامة بشأن الإعلانات وتحديثات الحياة الطلابية.
- تخطيط وتنفيذ ليالي جوائز الحياة الطلابية السنوية.
- المساعدة في تقييم البرامج وردود أفعال الوالدين.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في التربية أو شؤون الطلاب أو مجال مماثل
- خبرة في العمل مع الطلاب في المدرسة أو في بيئة التعليم العالي
- مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاعل الشخصي
- يجيد اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
