Professional Job Details:
Mechanical Construction Engineer
- Responsible for leading mechanical installation and construction activities within complex oil and gas facilities, ensuring all works align with KOC technical specifications.
- You will oversee the fabrication, assembly, and erection of mechanical components, piping systems, and heavy machinery while maintaining strict project timelines.
- The role requires meticulous planning of site resources and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical conflicts during the execution phase.
- As a KSE-certified engineer, you must ensure that all construction processes meet the highest quality standards and international engineering codes.
- Preference is given to candidates with robust maintenance experience who can anticipate operational challenges during the construction lifecycle.
Safety Engineer
- Tasked with developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs to ensure a zero-harm working environment on-site.
- You will conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations to identify potential hazards and implement effective corrective measures.
- As a primary point of contact for safety compliance, you must ensure that all site activities strictly adhere to KOC safety regulations and international ISO standards.
- The role involves delivering specialized safety training to the workforce and promoting a proactive safety culture across all levels of the project.
- Your expertise in maintenance environments will be vital in managing the unique risks associated with live plant operations and shutdowns.
QA/QC Inspector (Mechanical/Metallurgy)
- Responsible for executing rigorous quality control inspections and ensuring that all mechanical works comply with approved project quality plans and NDT procedures.
- You will perform visual inspections and witness non-destructive testing (NDT) using 4 distinct methods to verify the integrity of welds and metallic structures.
- Holding a CSWIP 3.1 or AWS certification, you are required to document all inspection findings, manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), and oversee corrective actions.
- The role involves verifying material certifications and ensuring that all fabrication processes meet the specified metallurgical requirements.
- Candidates with maintenance backgrounds are preferred for their ability to assess the long-term reliability and wear patterns of mechanical assets.
Coating Supervisor
- Oversees all surface preparation and specialized coating applications to ensure long-term corrosion protection for industrial assets and underground pipelines.
- You will manage the application of high-performance coatings, including HBP, HBE, and A1-1, ensuring that environmental conditions and substrate profiles meet NACE standards.
- The role requires expert knowledge of various wrapping techniques and the ability to troubleshoot coating defects during the application process.
- You will lead a team of coaters and blasters, providing technical guidance and ensuring that all protective layers are applied to the specified dry film thickness (DFT).
- Your experience in maintenance projects will be crucial in executing refurbishment works and ensuring the durability of coatings in harsh operating environments.
General Requirements:
Approvals: Previous KOC Approval and a Valid KSE Card (for Engineers) are mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in the respective field.
Certifications: NDT, CSWIP 3.1/AWS, or NACE certifications as per the job category.

تفاصيل الوظيفة الاحترافية:
مهندس إنشاءات ميكانيكية
- مسؤول عن قيادة أنشطة التركيب الميكانيكي والإنشاء داخل منشآت النفط والغاز المعقدة، وضمان توافق جميع الأعمال مع المواصفات الفنية لشركة نفط الكويت.
- ستشرف على تصنيع وتجميع وتركيب المكونات الميكانيكية وأنظمة الأنابيب والآلات الثقيلة مع الحفاظ على الجداول الزمنية الصارمة للمشروع.
- يتطلب هذا الدور تخطيطًا دقيقًا لموارد الموقع والتنسيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لحل النزاعات التقنية خلال مرحلة التنفيذ.
- بصفتك مهندسًا معتمدًا من قبل جمعية المهندسين الكويتية، يجب عليك التأكد من أن جميع عمليات البناء تفي بأعلى معايير الجودة وقوانين الهندسة الدولية.
- تُعطى الأفضلية للمرشحين ذوي الخبرة القوية في مجال الصيانة والذين يمكنهم توقع التحديات التشغيلية خلال دورة حياة البناء.
مهندس السلامة
- تم تكليفه بتطوير وتنفيذ ومراقبة برامج الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الشاملة لضمان بيئة عمل خالية من الأضرار في الموقع.
- ستقوم بإجراء تقييمات منتظمة للمخاطر، وعمليات تدقيق السلامة، وتحقيقات في الحوادث لتحديد المخاطر المحتملة وتنفيذ تدابير تصحيحية فعالة.
- بصفتك نقطة اتصال رئيسية للامتثال لمعايير السلامة، يجب عليك التأكد من أن جميع أنشطة الموقع تلتزم التزامًا صارمًا بلوائح السلامة الخاصة بشركة نفط الكويت ومعايير ISO الدولية.

- ستتولى إدارة تطبيق الطلاءات عالية الأداء، بما في ذلك HBP وHBE وA1-1، مع ضمان أن الظروف البيئية وملامح الركيزة تفي بمعايير NACE.
- يتطلب هذا الدور معرفة متخصصة بتقنيات التغليف المختلفة والقدرة على استكشاف أخطاء الطلاء وإصلاحها أثناء عملية التطبيق.
- ستقود فريقًا من عمال الطلاء والرش، وستقدم التوجيه الفني وتضمن تطبيق جميع الطبقات الواقية على سمك الفيلم الجاف المحدد (DFT).
- ستكون خبرتك في مشاريع الصيانة حاسمة في تنفيذ أعمال التجديد وضمان متانة الطلاءات في بيئات التشغيل القاسية.
المتطلبات العامة:
الموافقات: الموافقة السابقة من شركة نفط الكويت وبطاقة KSE سارية المفعول (للمهندسين) أمران إلزاميّان.
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 إلى 8 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة.
الشهادات: شهادات NDT أو CSWIP 3.1/AWS أو NACE حسب فئة الوظيفة.
التوافر: يفضل المرشحون الموجودون حاليًا في الكويت ولديهم إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
