We are looking for a professional who can translate engineering concepts into precise technical drawings that support our ongoing projects.
This role is ideal for a candidate who possesses strong technical proficiency and the ability to work effectively within a structured contracting environment to ensure project accuracy and design integrity.
Technical Drafting & Engineering Design
- Responsible for creating and updating highly detailed technical drawings, including architectural layouts, structural plans, and MEP diagrams, using advanced CAD software.
- You will be tasked with ensuring that all drawings are accurate, clear, and in full compliance with the project’s engineering specifications and Kuwaiti building regulations.
- The role requires the ability to interpret rough sketches and verbal instructions from engineers to produce professional-grade blueprints.
- You must maintain a high level of precision in scaling, labeling, and detailing to prevent any errors during the construction phase.
- Your technical work is essential for providing the field team with the necessary documentation to execute the project with professional excellence.
Project Coordination & Documentation Support
- Tasked with supporting the project management team by providing timely revisions to drawings based on site-level changes and client feedback.
- You will collaborate closely with site engineers and project managers to ensure that as-built drawings reflect the actual installation and construction progress accurately.
- The role involves managing the project’s technical archives, ensuring that all versions of drawings are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible for audit or inspection.
- You must proactively identify potential design clashes or inconsistencies in the plans and bring them to the attention of the lead engineer.
- Your role in documentation ensures that the project remains organized and that all technical revisions are tracked and implemented without delay.
