Manager Transaction Advisory Services
Job Objective / Summary:
- Lead and prepare specialized investment studies and analyses, including economic feasibility studies, business valuations, and asset impairment testing and assessments, with the objective of supporting investment decisions and delivering accurate, value-adding professional outcomes and recommendations to clients in line with recognized professional standards.
Job Responsibilities:
1- References
- Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, instructions issued by relevant regulatory authorities, and best professional practices in the field of transaction advisory services.
2- Engagements
- a. Manage the transaction advisory services portfolio through planning, organizing, and monitoring all engagements to ensure timely completion with the required quality level.
- b. Review engagement letters with clients and ensure clarity of the scope of work and mutual obligations prior to implementation.
- c. Supervise the execution of engagements from initiation to closure, ensuring added value is delivered to clients and their satisfaction is attained.
- d. Review final transaction advisory reports and ensure their accuracy and compliance with professional standards as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- e. Maintain ongoing coordination and communication with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations that support their decision-making process.
- f. Manage the risks related to transaction advisory engagements and ensure contingency plans are in place to address them.
Skills:
- Proficiency in relevant international standards applicable to transaction advisory services, with the ability to apply them in practice.
- Thorough knowledge of the regulations and requirements of relevant regulatory authorities related to transaction advisory services.
- In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and related legislation.
- Strong leadership skills in managing, guiding and motivating teams.
- High efficiency in time and project management and adherence to time schedules.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on financial models.
- Effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to draft reports and presentations in English language while the Arabic language is an extra advantage.

موظف خدمات استشارات المعاملات الإدارية
الهدف الوظيفي / ملخص الوظيفة:
- قيادة وإعداد دراسات وتحليلات استثمارية متخصصة، بما في ذلك دراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية، وتقييمات الأعمال، واختبارات وتقييمات انخفاض قيمة الأصول، بهدف دعم قرارات الاستثمار وتقديم نتائج وتوصيات مهنية دقيقة وذات قيمة مضافة للعملاء بما يتماشى مع المعايير المهنية المعترف بها.
المسؤوليات الوظيفية:
1- المراجع
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الدولية المعمول بها، والتعليمات الصادرة عن السلطات التنظيمية ذات الصلة، وأفضل الممارسات المهنية في مجال الخدمات الاستشارية للمعاملات.
2- الارتباطات
- أ. إدارة محفظة خدمات الاستشارات المتعلقة بالمعاملات من خلال التخطيط والتنظيم ومراقبة جميع المشاركات لضمان إنجازها في الوقت المناسب وبمستوى الجودة المطلوب.
- ب. مراجعة خطابات التعاقد مع العملاء والتأكد من وضوح نطاق العمل والالتزامات المتبادلة قبل التنفيذ.
- ج. الإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع من البداية إلى النهاية، مع ضمان تقديم قيمة مضافة للعملاء وتحقيق رضاهم.
- د. مراجعة التقارير الاستشارية النهائية للمعاملات والتأكد من دقتها ومطابقتها للمعايير المهنية وكذلك القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها.
- هـ. الحفاظ على التنسيق والتواصل المستمر مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم توصيات تدعم عملية اتخاذ القرار لديهم.
- و. إدارة المخاطر المتعلقة بمهام تقديم الاستشارات في مجال المعاملات والتأكد من وجود خطط طوارئ للتعامل معها.
مهارات:
- إتقان المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة المطبقة على خدمات الاستشارات المتعلقة بالمعاملات، مع القدرة على تطبيقها عملياً.
- معرفة شاملة باللوائح والمتطلبات الخاصة بالهيئات التنظيمية ذات الصلة بخدمات الاستشارات المتعلقة بالمعاملات.
- معرفة متعمقة بالمعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية (IFRS) والتشريعات ذات الصلة.
- مهارات قيادية قوية في إدارة وتوجيه وتحفيز الفرق.
- كفاءة عالية في إدارة الوقت والمشاريع والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية.
- مهارات تحليلية متقدمة مع القدرة على اتخاذ قرارات قائمة على البيانات بناءً على النماذج المالية.
- التواصل الفعال مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على صياغة التقارير والعروض التقديمية باللغة الإنجليزية، بينما تعتبر اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
