Caesar Pack Holding Group is an international company that owns multiple factories, retail, and technology companies mainly in Kuwait, in addition to Iraq and Egypt. The group has been in business for more than 21 years, having over 500 employees, making an annual turnover close to 80 million USD (25 million KWD) and a total of 48 million USD (15 million KWD) capital.

We started in 2001 by establishing Caesar Pac Carton & Paper Products Company, our main factory, and manufacturing plant with 6.5 million USD (2 million KWD) capital. Then we have grown with several major acquisitions and expansions to new markets and sectors over the following 20 years.

WE ARE HIRING

Junior Engineer

Qualifications:

Education degree: Bachelor of Engineering.
Engineering Firm: Architectural or Civil Engineering.
Experience: 6: 8 Year.
Languages: English & Arabic.
Software: Proficiency with relevant software AutoCAD – Photoshop – Microsoft office – SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote ideas to improve the workflow and premises layout for all factories and projects being executed.
Assist senior engineers with research, design, and implementation of engineering projects and solutions, using CAD software.
Collect, analyze, and tabulate engineering data; perform tests, simulations, and calculations.
Conduct site visits, surveys, and fieldwork to gather data, monitor progress, and ensure quality.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, progress reports, budgets, and cost estimates.
Liaise with colleagues, contractors, and other stakeholders; provide technical support.
Ensure work adheres to project specifications, standards, and safety guidelines.
Draft, review and edit all business contracts and licenses within Caesar Pac Holding.
Ensure that all necessary licenses needed for the operations of the projects are available.
Prepare plans and timescales under the supervision of the Direct Manager and communicate the same with the concerned departments and divisions within Caesar Pac Holding.

المؤهلات:

الدرجة العلمية: بكالوريوس في الهندسة.
شركة هندسية: هندسة معمارية أو هندسة مدنية.
الخبرة: 6: 8 سنوات.
اللغات: الإنجليزية والعربية.
البرامج: إجادة استخدام البرامج ذات الصلة مثل AutoCAD و Photoshop و Microsoft Office و SAP.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

الترويج للأفكار الرامية إلى تحسين سير العمل وتصميم المباني لجميع المصانع والمشاريع التي يتم تنفيذها.
مساعدة كبار المهندسين في البحث والتصميم والتنفيذ للمشاريع والحلول الهندسية، باستخدام برامج التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD).
جمع وتحليل وجدولة البيانات الهندسية؛ وإجراء الاختبارات والمحاكاة والحسابات.
إجراء زيارات ميدانية واستطلاعات وأعمال ميدانية لجمع البيانات ومراقبة التقدم المحرز وضمان الجودة.
إعداد الرسومات الفنية والمواصفات وتقارير التقدم والميزانيات وتقديرات التكاليف.
التواصل مع الزملاء والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين؛ وتقديم الدعم الفني.
التأكد من أن العمل يلتزم بمواصفات المشروع ومعاييره وإرشادات السلامة.
صياغة ومراجعة وتحرير جميع العقود والتراخيص التجارية داخل شركة سيزار باك القابضة.
تأكد من توفر جميع التراخيص اللازمة لتشغيل المشاريع.
إعداد الخطط والجداول الزمنية تحت إشراف المدير المباشر وإبلاغها إلى الإدارات والأقسام المعنية داخل شركة سيزار باك القابضة.
