Technical Support Engineer (Open for Kuwaiti Nationals)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, Electrical, or related fields).
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Good understanding of drilling operations and fundamentals of solids control, waste management, or MPD (preferred but not required; training will be provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software tools; ability to interpret technical data for analysis.
MWD Repair and Maintenance Specialist: Al Ahmadi
Responsibilities
- Tool Repair and maintenance referenced to the latest released manuals.
- Work order issuance and completion overtrack a tool.
- Identify the required parts for different service levels with different tool configurations.
- Tool preparation for field with all related protocols and Certificates completion.
- Tool loading/unloading.
- Negotiate the tool issues and findings with engineering when tools come back from job or serviced in shop and create , update , follow up a Jira ticket .
- Online troubleshooting
- Reimaging PC’c, Installing special standalone programs and software.
- Updating the firmware of electronic drilling recorders.
- Tools Field training , installation, and commissioning .

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform projects/jobs, which includes upgrading and/or installing products as well as repair/re-build product performance items
- Investigate reported product problems and initiate corrective action following through on the corrective action required, ensuring successful implementation
