Requirements
Planning Engineer (Civil):
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or oil and gas projects.
Visa: Must hold a valid residency in Kuwait.
Site Helper / Labour:
Gender: Male.
Physical Fitness: Must be hardworking and capable of performing manual onsite tasks.
Visa: Valid Kuwaiti visa (Ahli / Project visa are accepted).
Location: Must be ready to work at the project site in Ahmadi.
Responsibilities
Planning Engineer: Developing project schedules, monitoring progress, managing resource allocation, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Site Helper / Labour: Assisting in manual onsite tasks, supporting technical teams, and maintaining the organization and safety of the work area.

لمهندس التخطيط:
تأثير استراتيجي: قيادة الجدولة الزمنية والتنسيق لمشاريع المقاولات أو النفط والغاز الكبرى.

للعمال ومساعدي الموقع:
حزمة الرواتب: 90 دينار كويتي (مقابل 8 ساعات عمل × 6 أيام أسبوعياً).

متطلبات
مهندس تخطيط (مدني):
التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مشاريع المقاولات أو قطاع النفط والغاز.
الإقامة: يجب حمل إقامة سارية المفعول داخل دولة الكويت.
عامل موقع / مساعد:
الجنس: ذكر.
اللياقة البدنية: يجب أن يكون لائقاً بدنياً وقادراً على أداء المهام اليدوية الميدانية.
الإقامة: إقامة كويتية سارية (تقبل إقامة المادة 18 الأهلي أو إقامة المشاريع).
الموقع: الجاهزية للعمل في موقع المشروع بمنطقة الأحمدي.
مسئوليات
مهندس التخطيط: تطوير الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع، مراقبة تقدم سير العمل، إدارة توزيع الموارد، وضمان تسليم المشروع في المواعيد المحددة.
عامل الموقع: المساعدة في المهام اليدوية الميدانية، دعم الفرق الفنية، والحفاظ على تنظيم وسلامة منطقة العمل.
